  • Invoices for individual lessons are billed in packages of 10, 15 and 20 lessons. Invoices are issued in advance and payment is due before the first lesson.

  • Payment for course packages is by bank transfer or by cash in person.

PAYMENT

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Lessons are scheduled on a fixed weekly basis with no refunds for cancellations.

  • Cancellation of the lesson is only possible if a student apologize sufficiently in advance, that is min. 24 hours before the lesson. Full cancellation of a lesson is possible at most once in one billing period and the lesson can be replaced in the same billing period.

  • If the teacher cancels a lesson in the billing period, he must replace the lesson with another lesson in the same billing period.
